    Eddie Stone earned a Masters degree in Forest Business and worked in the forest industry with large corporations for over 20 years. In 1999 he left the industry and founded a forestry consulting business, Forever Green, Inc and shortly after, began to work as a REALTOR for Great Southern Land. The majority of his experience has been selling raw land to developers. Working for one company he sold approximately 20 miles of water frontage on Smith Lake . He sold to developers, investors, and individuals. These properties were in multiple tracts and were parts of much larger blocks of timberlands. Eddie worked with the both the developers and sellers to divide the tracts to meet both parties objectives. His experience also includes selling multiple tracts to institutional investors looking to invest in timberland and individual tracts to the public for hunting, timberland investment, and rural home sites.
